Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment for the Premium 1-day or Fast Track 1-week service you agree to the following terms and conditions.

The appointment

You understand that:

• you need to bring a correctly completed application form, supporting documents and 2 identical photos for each person applying for a passport
• you must make sure the information you have given is correct, and that you can use the services you have booked
• you can only submit passport applications at the appointment for the people named as the applicants in this online booking service

If your application is rejected because the form isn't completed correctly, you bring the wrong documents or there are documents missing, your appointment will be rescheduled.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Change or cancel your appointment online for free if it's more than 48 hours away. If your appointment is less than 48 hours away, you can't change it.

Refunds are automatically credited to the original payment card within 10 working days.

Your application will be rejected at the appointment and a £30 administration change will be taken from your refund if:

• you are 16 or older and have never had a British passport
• you have already submitted a passport application

You won't be entitled to any refund if:

• you miss your appointment
• you're not entitled to a British passport
• your application is delayed because we need to make extra checks

Individual bookings

A £30 administration charge will be taken from your refund if you cancel an appointment less than 48 hours away.

Group bookings

You can't remove someone from a group booking. You'll have to cancel the appointment in full.

A £30 administration charge will be taken from the refund of each individual if you cancel a group booking that is less than 48 hours away.

Payment

Payments are managed by a company called Worldpay. They are responsible for the availability of their service.
